Artist Oritoto has yet again whet our visual appetites with a new set of scenes from classic videogames reworked in high-definition. While the first set featured favorites like The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and World of Illusion, this new gallery includes gorgeous alterations of Ice Climber , Final Fantasy VI, and to stay with the times, a scene from Michael Jackson's Moonwalker. Head over to Chad's post on Destructoid for the full gallery of games including Super Metroid, and Mega Man 5 and check out Orioto's DeviantArt account while you're at it!

These images are bittersweet... when I was a kid, this was what I imagined the future of gaming would look like.

Final fantasy in high-def gives me a chubby. The early ones would be amazing with updated graphics.
