I'll admit I haven't really been impressed by most of the artwork that has been solely created on the iPad, but I think artist Ryan Smith's iPad sketches are really wonderful. The color and strokes he uses have a really genuine in-the-moment energy, and I love the idea of the iPad as the convenient on-the-go sketchbook.

Yes, yes, of course I am going to post this. Artist Jude Buffum of The Autumn Society created a fine total of 3 game-i-fied, pixelated renditions of Ghostbusters, The Goonies, and Gremlins. "You Say Yes" is by far my favorite.

Notice all those G's? A clue! It's 'cause the work was all made for Gallery 1988's 3G show, in which all of the art is inspired by Ghostbusters, The Gooneis, and Gremlins. Get it! Now that's a show.

For what it's worth, my favorite challenges in the Katamari Damacy series were the ones that involved rolling up lots and lots of food. Also, I'm hungry.

I'll admit, the first thing that came to mind after watching "Gluko & Lennon" was Pendalton Ward's Adventure Time, but I mean hey, that is a very great thing! We need more of that kind of light-hearted funny stuff. This colorful and fun animation was created L'Orange Gutan and is filled with some good *laffs*. Certainly brightened up my day, so enjoy!
