Gamepro is doing a terrific miniseries in which they tell (the) tale (ohhhh! did you see what I did there?) of Sam & Max, featuring the history behind the freelance police duo and how they have worked their ways over the last few decades to eventually star in their third episodic game, The Devil's Playhouse, now available on Telltale Games.
Episode one is all about famed game and comic artist, Steve Purcell, and how Sam & Max made their way into the game industry. It's great, so you should watch it. Then again, my fangirlism for Steve Purcell has no bounds, especially since I met him in the flesh a few years ago and he drew me a set of personalized cocktail drawings, so I may be a *bit* biased. Anyway, can't wait to see the next video!
Yes, I watched that in full screen. I wish I could be an artist so I could steal something from you or Stephie, and then have a game made about it. By the way, best birthday present ever. Also, that animated gif is the boss.
